Q-1:What is Premium Tickets?
A:    Premium Tickets is a full service ticket provider. We are an independent method to get seats that otherwise would not be available for your purchase. We have tickets in the first 10 rows on the floor for all concerts. We have the best seats for any event. We also will have tickets to events that are sold out.
Q-2:Why is the price higher than face value?
A:    The cost to obtain these hard to find tickets is higher than the face value. We may pay as much as double face or much more to the owner of some tickets so we can have them available for you. In addition Ticketmaster and many venues charge a service fee that is added to the face value when purchasing them. A portion of our overhead, advertising, rent, phone etc., and also a possible profit is also included in our ticket price.
Q-3:Where is Premium Tickets?
A:    We are located at 317 W 4th Street Cincinnati OH, 45202 We are on the street level about 2 blocks north of the Paul Brown Stadium between Plum Street and Central ave. We are on the left side of the street in the last block of West 4th Street.
Q-4:How do I know the tickets are genuine?
A:    We only purchase tickets from official sources or persons we know. We are bonded by a major insurance company to guarantee your ticket order up to $20,000.00. In addition we are members of the National Association of Ticket Brokers(NATB.org), A group of brokers determined to ethical and honest dealing with our customers.
Q-5:How do I know you are legitimate?
A:    We are members of the National Association of Ticket Brokers (NATB.org) We are also bonded by a major insurance company to guarantee that we deliver what we advertise. The bond is for $20,000.00 , more than enough to guarantee your ticket order. We are also a member of the BBBonline. and the Cincinnati OH BBB, Phone# 513.421.3015.
Q-6:Are you a "scalper"?
A:    No. A scalper is not in compliance with the law. We are a Ticket seller. We have a license from the city of Cincinnati to sell Admission tickets to any event at any price. In Ohio as in most states there are no regulations regarding the price of the tickets we sell.
Q-7:Is this legal?
A:    Yes. We have a license from the city of Cincinnati to sell Admission tickets to any event at any price. In Ohio as in most states there are no regulations regarding the price of the tickets we sell. All successful businesses sell their product at a higher price than they pay for it. Even on new cars with a "sticker" price on the window, popular models sell above the "sticker" price.
Q-8:What if I change my mind?
A:    There are no refunds or exchanges at all. Because of the time sensitive nature of tickets we are sorry that we cannot make any exceptions to this rule.
Q-9:What if the show is postponed?
A:    Your ticket will still be good for the new date. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Q-10:What if the event is canceled?
A:    We will give you a full in house credit for the price you paid for the tickets if you return them to us within 7 days of the cancellation. An in house credit is good for any ticket you want. If you do not want tickets we have, or for a future event you can ask for a credit on your credit card of the FACE VALUE only. This is because we have done our part and spent money and time to get the up front or hard to get ticket that you ordered. The promoter or artist is responsible for the cancellation not Premium Tickets.
Q-11:Are my seats locations guaranteed?
A:    Yes. We will tell you the location including section and row of your seats. We will provide you with a map of the venue. We will tell you if a seat has the partial obstructions or is behind the stage. We cannot be responsible if the venue or the promoter change the setup. We are not responsible for unusual seating plans or over size stages that could force the venue to move seats.
Q-12:What about playoff games that do not happen?
A:    We will give you a complete refund for the ticket price you paid if you return the tickets to us within 7 days. We will credit your credit card for the full amount we charged including shipping and handling if the tickets have not been already sent to you.
Q-13:How do you get tickets?
A:    We purchase tickets from the box office just like the you would. We have an advantage only because we have been buying tickets day in and out for over 20 years. We also purchase extra tickets and season tickets from companies and individuals. We purchase from Ticketmaster also.
Q-14:Will the price of the tickets ever change?
A:    Possibly, but we try to keep them stable. We sometimes lower prices if we have an excess quantity. We will raise prices if we are selling tickets faster than we can replace them. If we sell out and repurchase tickets sometimes our cost will be higher and so the new price will also be higher.
Q-15:How do you ship tickets?
A:    By Federal Express to the billing address of the credit card that you charge the tickets on.
Q-16:What if no one is available to sign for the tickets?
A:    We can send them Priority Mail no signature required but we can still track your package. If Federal Express misses you they will leave a tag and you can call them to re-deliver or pick up at the nearest Fedex station.
Q-17:How much is Shipping and Handling?
A:    Saturday delivery is $35.00. Priority by 11:00 AM is $30.00, regular shipping and handling guarantees 3-5 day delivery and is $20.00. MOST all tickets go out today. (see Q#20.
Q-18:Do I have to pay the Shipping and Handling?
A:    No. You can pick up your tickets at our office at 317 W 4th St. Cincinnati OH 45202. We are open for pickup before all Bengals and Reds games and most downtown concerts. To pick up in our office you must bring the credit card you used to order the tickets.
Q-19:Can I pick up my tickets before the game (concert)?
A:    Yes. For events in Cincinnati we are open up to game time for ticket pick up. We are also open for walk in's from 9:00 AM to 8 PM Monday - Friday, Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 P.
Q-20:When will my tickets ship out?
A:    Almost all tickets are in stock to ship out today. We will contact you if the tickets are not in stock to ship. If it is after 5:00 P.M. they will go out tomorrow. If it is Sunday or Saturday they will go out Monday.(NOTE) All tickets are not in stock yet. We will try to let you know the day they are in stock to ship out so you can expect them. We WILL get your tickets to you as soon as possible and in plenty of time before the event.
Q-21:Can I call and speak to a person?
A:    Yes. We are open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday - Friday; Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Any sales representative can help you with a ticket related question. Our phone number is 800- 928-5626 or local in Cincinnati is 513-241-3301.
Q-22:Can I sell you my tickets?
A:    Yes. Email premiumtix@aol.com with quantity, event name, date, time, venue, city, face value and how much you want for them, or call 800-928-5626 and ask for purchasing.
Q-23:Can I buy backstage passes?
A:    No. We only sell tickets. Backstage passes might not even get you to meet the artist so we will not buy or sell them. They are free from the artist and management but very limited in quantity.
Q-24:What if I lose my tickets?
A:    They are gone. Premium Tickets cannot replace lost tickets. Ticketmaster and box offices usually will not ever replace tickets. Keep them guarded like they are cash. Keep tickets out of direct sunlight or high temperature (like cars in the summer) or the tickets could turn dark and become difficult to read.
